About Us

Rachael Bloom, LCSW
Hillary Tuck, LMFT

Hi, and welcome. We are Rachael Bloom, LCSW, and Hillary Tuck, LMFT.

We have been in the field for nearly two decades, working with grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. For the last several years, we have focused on Maternal Mental Health, loss, and infertility.   This is work we are both incredibly passionate about, partly due to our own experiences. Creating Infertility Support of California was the next logical step, with a mission to provide thoughtful, evidence-based support throughout the fertility journey.

We work from an attachment lens,  which focuses on how our early experiences with relationships, trauma, and loss impact how we navigate the world and make sense of our experiences.  We combine this foundation with evidence-based practices that offer our clients immediate strategies to manage anxiety and overwhelm.

We both hold certifications in reproductive mental health through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and are fully trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.  We also have training in the following:

 Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals

 Emotionally Focused Therapy for Infertility

 Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma

Working with Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR)

Above all, we want therapy to feel educational and authentic, offering you tools and emotional space to process your experience, make informed decisions, and move forward with clarity and strength.

More About Rachael

My work is insight-oriented, grounded, and deeply relational. I help clients make sense of complex emotional experiences shaped by uncertainty and loss. Together, we explore how your relational history and attachment patterns influence the way you feel and respond, while staying anchored in the present.

My style of therapy is directive and collaborative. I’m relatable and human in the room and I never want therapy to feel intimidating. My goal is that you leave every session feeling greater clarity and more hopeful about feeling better.

I founded my private practice in 2017 after nearly a decade in community mental health with a focus on women’s issues and a specialization in adults with ADHD. For information on my general therapy practice, you can visit www.rachaelbloomtherapy.co

More About Hillary

My work as a therapist is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, with an emphasis on reducing the impact of stress. My goal is to help clients make sense of the experiences that brought them to therapy and together, find a way through difficult emotions with compassion, clarity, and connection.

My practice focuses on supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, grief, and loss. I have a deep respect for the complexity of these experiences, the enormity of the feelings and the felt sense of the isolation that often underpins it all.

For the past 15 years, I have worked closely with children and families, with a particular focus on supporting children and adults navigating autism, developmental differences, anxiety, and heightened emotional states. To learn more about my general therapy practice, please visit www.hillarytuckmft.com.
